Yes. Cancellation takes one click in your account settings. No phone calls, no emails to write.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — monthly, quarterly, and annual charges are fully refundable within 7 days if you have not downloaded a PDF or DOCX. The $1.95 trial setup fee is not refundable; cancel before day 7 to avoid the monthly renewal. EU customers have a separate 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law — contact support to exercise it.
Will I be reminded before being charged?
Yes. We email you a reminder 2 days before the first charge after your trial ends, and 2 days before each renewal.
What happens to my CVs if I cancel?
